This resource offers an easy way to collect each child's observation notes together. 

There is a space for each child's name and then a box for each area of learning. 

Post-it notes containing observations can be sorted by child and then stuck on the relevant subject box. 

• Makes observations easy to file.

• Boxes with few Post-it notes may suggest where additional observations need to be done.

The attractive rainbow design of the cards means that they would look great displayed along a wall.  Alternatively, make a folder with a card for each child.
