This resource is designed to help children identify each sound in a CVC (Consonant Vowel Consonant) word and read the letters that represent them.  Included are 5 lotto boards, ready for you to print and laminate. 

Each board features 6 pictures of CVC items.  Also included are word cards which can be placed on top of the pictures.

To play, either read a word or hold up a card for the children to read.  If the word matches a picture on their board, the child either takes the card to place on top or marks the picture off. 

Board 1 - sun, dog, cap, mug, ten, log.

Board 2 - bed, rat, pig, fox, hat, jug.

Board 3 - bin, mop, hen, van, cat, rug.

Board 4 - fan, leg, pin, bug, cot, bib.

Board 5 - web, zip, bat, pot, bus, jam.
