Payment can be made by PayPal or cheque/postal order (for UK based customers only). Unfortunately we cannot process credit or debit card orders other than those made via PayPal.

All items, apart from CD's, are sent electronically via email. Your order will be sent after cleared payment. Please inform us if you haven't received an order within 2 business days (electronic delivery) or 4 business days for the CD. Overseas customers ordering a CD should allow an extra 2 days for delivery and customs clearance.

Please note that ordering a CD can be more cost effective than purchasing a number of individual files. If you order a CD and need a file urgently please let us know and we will email it to you.
